Here’s how it works:

Payment Upfront
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item. This helps us reduce waste and create only what’s needed—just the way Margaux likes it.

Shipping Timeline
The estimated ship date for each pre-order is early September 2025. While we aim to meet this timeline, all dates are estimates and subject to small changes. We’ll keep you updated if anything shifts.

Shipping Notification
Once your order is packed up and on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel home.

Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make any changes to your pre-order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at robyn@ouilapine. After that, we may not be able to guarantee edits or cancellations.
